Gloomy Friday
Friday, August 14, 2009 @ 10:56 pm
Went for chem today, i was so lonely, not much to talk about.

Oh Wow, the house is surprisingly silent today. I think my parents are having cold war. Such that even we can feel the tension around the house. Okay, not really cold war, my father is trying his best to communicate with my mother, but she just wouldn't budge.

Apparently originally they were supposed to go out for dinner and stuff since its friday TODAY and its pak tor day. But then my dad thought that he had to attend mass today at 8am. I think it should be something special or for some event, cause there wouldn't really be mass on a friday night. So he told my mother he couldn't make it for dinner.

Well, everyone can tell that shes upset. Asked her to come home for dinner, she told me she wanted to walk. Then she wouldn't reply my dad's texts or messages. He checked his email again and saw that he could attend the mass like tomorrow at noon. So that he can go out with her tonight. He called her, texted her. No reply.

He skipped dinner to go down to Orchard Ion and Tangs to wait for her, or hopefully meet her since they originally planned to meet there, nothing. So he came home. Mother came home later with food and stuff. I could see that weirdness between them.
No talking, no Hi. My father initiated everything, but no response. So I'm just a bystander. Hopefully they will patch up SOON.

Recently it has been like that. She gets annoyed, upset and disappointed at many minor incidences. Signs of Menopause I guess, who blames her. She is becomes very irritable and annoyed very easily and goes into cold war mood or "i'm so disappointed" with you mood like almost everyday. Sigh.....
