Poly 50 today!

Abandoned the SPOT thing to support DNHW! Very poor thing, don't have supporters!
So we went to suppor them! SO EXCITING! Everyone was like sprinting and giving it their best shot!
WELL DONE!

Anyways, Audrey's fever reached a peak of 40.2 degrees, Mummy took her to a PPC, but then since she
only has like a super high fever. The doctor says just monitor her, cause shes not coughing and stuff.
WARNING: H1N1 suspect! HAH, she has been ordered to sleep outside our room or something cause gran belongs
to the group of high riskers, since shes OLD.
Ahya, Audrey will be fine la! She has been put on stronger fever medicine and everyone's monitoring her condition.

On the lighter note, I'm super exhausted and tired. Its weird cause i didn't run the Poly 50 race today, and yet
I'm experiencing aches and pains everywhere. I'm so sleepy as well! HELLO! I'm back. Yesterday was a super tiring day. I woke up at 0600 Hrs for a hike to the Bukit Timah Hill. I guessed that was a great walk. The beginning was so steep, plus it was so difficult to walk up along, you had to literlly stop and walk, and pant.
I perspired alot! So i guess that was a great walk! Anyways, we reached the summit around 0830, cause we started around 8. Its quite fast actually, its like if you're talking. Suddenly you're already up there.

Went for breakfast at the Bukit Timah Hawker Center I guess? Then came home by bus. GOSH, and to think I'm on train concession. I wasted a hefty amount on bus trips in just a day. I fell asleep on the bus after a conversation with angela.She claimed there was no way to get to Suntec by foot. She insisted on me taking a train to DG and then a bus to Suntec. She was afraid I'll get lost. OH COME ON! Thanks for your concern, but there is something called a CITY LINK dear! So thats the way that we went to Marina Square yesterday. She finally relented and took a train to City Hall with me. From there onwards, there were many people dressed in red to guide us.

WELL SHE WAS SO GRRRR.... Made me meet her at 2pm, for what? So she could be a mature daughter, and not make her father make wasted trips.GOOD GIRL ANGELA. Then we went to HMV and walked around Marina Square. The air con is so cold there! We passed by HANS and deliberated as in whether we should go in for late lunch. Decided against it, but had it for dinner instead.

3.45PM
We decided to be like a typical bunch of singaporeans, we went there to queue early for good seats. We had to pass through a stage of those huge thermometers. Not that huge really, just visibly larger than those we use, thats all. Thats what I called the "cooling" station. There were large fans and stuff inside that tentage. Then we headed to the BLUE area, cause thats where we were allocated. Then queued for the bags. I actually wanted a red bag, but they didn't have any, so I just took any bag that they gave out. After all there was a huge sign that says we couldn't choose the colours for the funpack. I got dark green, Angela got light green. What to do? So coincidence! Changed the pack covers!

We sat nearer to the back, I sat this to this super cute girl. She could read almost everything that came out on the words! I was impressed, we sat in the sun for 2 hours, from 4pm -6pm, before it finally became cooler. The show was a blast! Very exciting, and it was great to sing all those past year ndp songs! I remember so many of them, back then from primary school, they always had a singing session every monday when it was near NDP!

Then WOW, THE 10 CHAPTERS, were quite different from the past years. It seems that this time, the performances and dances were really energizing and refreshing new steps and moves! Like from a younger team or something. OH OH OH. There was also a stimulated "ministers'" arrival. They used like probably NS guys. THEN THERE WAS THIS GUY, WHO REPRESENTED THE PRIME MINISTER. HAHAHA, we were talking about it. Both of us found him quite cute! HAHA! Young man= stimulated Singapore Prime Minister!

ANGELA brought 2 cameras! So she captured most of the nicer shots, so credits will go to her!
OKAY, and then the whole event lasted till 8.30pm, and then the fireworks display was amazing. It was SPECTACULAR. If I'm not wrong, i saw heart shaped ones as well. Then it was just like bursting into the clear dark night skies. Seriously beautiful.

YAY, I HAD A MEMORABLE DAY AND I WANT TO GO FOR MORE NDPs TO COME!

I will upload pictures soon for all to see! :) Today was exciting! I started talking to pei yun and theresa about Hi 5. I asked if they heard of Hi 5! Then after that, the whole chem lesson, we started singing the songs! OMG. so funny!

I can't believe we all share such likes for HI 5, and now we all agree that the latest cast isn't as good as the previous cast. Then its like, in the middle of chem lesson, we were humming and singing songs from hi 5. I remember so much la. it was always 5.30pm on weekdays, then i'll rush home from kindergarten and primary school to watch.

surprisingly, up till this day. i can still remember the lyrics, and can still singalong! its like very catch music. GUESS WHAT. Thats how I learnt how to spell opposite. now, if i need to spell opposite, I'll need to sing out the song, if not I can't get the spelling right! Theresa says she also has to sing out the song. gosh, I just sang it out like 2 times while typing this post!

then we also like IMAGINE/wish upon a star. The first song is you and me! and theres energy, grow, buried treasure. ZOMG. so many can! AHHHHH. Theresa and I were like listening to Hi 5 songs during Ting's lesson. So fun! Then it was like we were young again that sort of thing.

Then later in the afternoon, met Sherm and we had lunch and took 74 to AMK HUB for Harry Potty.

It wasn't too bad. Very exciting! As the music like suddenly came out, I can like get a shock, then sherm said I also gave her a shock, when i suddenly jerked! HAHA! gosh, then the ending so abrupt. now i'm waiting for the next movie to come out. really exciting la!

But i think sherm almost died not during the movie, but AFTER, cause i was like asking her, why this why that. cause its so confusing if you haven't read the book at all. well i now know the 7 souls part, and now thats dumberdore's dead, its so sad. who is going to protect harry from now on? hahah, and i think snape is bad, and malfoy is good? OOH. I just downloaded firefox, since everyone has been pestering me to do so. Saying that it is much faster than Internet Explorer, and it can also be personalised and stuff like that. Quite cool actually, but the font is rather small and I have to keep squinting and straining my eyes to see the words.

Is there a way to make the words and stuff look bigger or something. I also want to put picture and what tweets and toolbar. Slowly I will do it! Its easier to manage anyways.

Tomorrow Harry Potty with Sherm, only got Chem and FFSC lecture tomorrow. Micro Bio is cancelled! Anyways, i got piano at 0830 in the morning.

Signed up for the Personal Developement Programme with Theresa, Pei Yun and Ziling. oooh! So exciting, we purposely signed up for 3 so that the total cost of the courses exceeds $50, then it can be deducted from our Post Secondary Account. It'll be practically free! I'm excited to learn how to make SUSHI. The other 2 are for our own well being right?

Must take care of our Body, and our nails! oooh! I'm so excited. But it'll be after the exams. So better work hard for the exams!

Next up, this weekend. Saturday:Shan You Concert- Ushering Duty. Sunday: Beach Cleaning at ECP, they need more people from CLS!

I think I kinda broke my Macs Fast. Ever since I stopped working at Macs, i stopped eating MACS completely. But today, I was like so hungry. Theresa & Ziling went to buy fries and apple pie during Nutrition Break.
Then halfway through, the walked in with pei yun's delicious apple pie and 2 medium i think, fries. The smell of deep fried food, filled our nutrition lesson.

Hah, I was too hungry to thing, and started "pinching" off some of the wonderful fries. I want GARLIC CHILLI SAUCE! Curry Sauce wasn't too bad.

YAY, Sherm bought tickets to HP on wednesday. Mrs Mark cancelled her lesson, so I end at 2pm on wednesday! Then i'll be able to catch HP after class, woohoo!
I can't wait!

I love FOOOOOOOOD!
Gran just came back from Malaysia. Her friend sent her back in the car. A total of 4 of them. The car boot is full of food, and inside the floor all strewn with food stuffs.

Some of the items she brought back was 5 kg of mangosteens, 3 kg of king Rambutan, 3 corn corbs, 2 bags of kway teow, 1 bag of mee, keropok, talipia fish, bread. OMG so much more to name.

My house is laden with food stuffs now, and she supposedly did alot of shopping this morning, on the last day of her 3 day trip in Malaysia! Anyone wants to join me in eating mangosteen call me! or eat durians, I've got loadss at home.
Come visit me! HAHHAHA

Today had to make sausage for practical. It was rather disgusting, but i wasn't put off by the mushy, meat and stuff. In fact, I was even more interested to learn about how sausages were processed.

Firstly we had to remove the chicken skin and fats, manually from frozen packed chicken. woohoo, i just tore the skin off mercilessly. Then removed as much chicken fats as i could with my half frozen fingers, cause the chicken was seriously very cold.

Next, we put it in a mixer thingy, with a blade and stuff and churn and mix and added oil, salt, seasonings, and ice water. Next was the stuffer machine! you know, when you stuff the sausage meat into the skin, so cool! you just turn this thingy, that pushes the meat down, and into the tubing. had so much fun making sausages!

But fidah couldn't take it, poor girl. Puked twice. Take care yeah! its just sausages! i'm sure you'll be fine, since you love food! you'll get over it. anyways, the sausages were stinky, cause we actually cooked it in water.
they tasted gross, as in mushy and not having that nice chewy feeling of commercially made sausages. pale in colour, like chicken chipolata and then also had like herby taste.

wooohooo. today, i started buying the capsule thing from 7-11. I think i am going to go crazy collection mode soon. i got 4 today, just in 1 day. i'm nuts.

OKAY. I'm joking. I love this special dedications, make you feel so special! HAH. This is Shermaine Ng, she WILL name her daughter Clarissa in the future, cause she loves me sooooo much! MOREVER, I will go and smell her hands when i see her. Hopefully, tomorrow cause I MISS DURIANS! I WANT TO EAT DURIANS.

Since she has durians at home, she should let me have some! oh gosh. DURIAN ROCKS! Though its mushy and smelly, and some people just hate it. I just love it!

ps: sherm, you must be super duper happy and smiling now. thanks to me! :) Yesterday, i had lovely samsui ginger chicken from soup restaurant for lunch. It was simply delicious! I love it! Then I went shopping at robinsons sale at the expo! Though I didn't get anything cause there were just too many things to buy.

Later in the evening, daddy decided to rent a car and he drove us round singapore. saw orchard road at night. so bright can! Like airport runway like that. So nice, the Orchard central and the Ion. One fine evening we shall all go out together!
Then we went to the marina barrage, it was a pretty nice place. It was so dark and windy! I loved the night sky. I would want to just lie down on the grass and look at the sky.

Later, daddy drove to ecp for supper, then headed home. Decided to turn on my phone gps till all the way home :) WOW! WEEEEE! MST week is over! Yay! Went out to dinner with the Spardies yesterday to celebrate Zi Yuan and Felicia's birthday, but Felicia didn't come.
Sad case.

I was so hungry by the time dinner came I was super hungry. Yet I couldn't just go off for dinner on my own. I was totally broke. No $$$ in my wallet! So borrowed money from pei yun! Had dinner at VIVOCITY, and spent $4.50 on Hokkein Mee.

Then spent most of the time on the sky garden, waiting for Darren to come la. I thought he would arrive like soon, around 9 plus. I think later 10 o clock then he arrived. Had like a sit around session and talked and laughed and took lots of pictures. I was laughing like mad so much! AH! Then like played some camp games too. Wow, I think we were so used to doing forfeits until, even if we have to do forfeits, like sian already. AHAHA.

Then had cake cutting session and camera sessions. I left the earliest cause mummy was like saying, you better leave before you miss the last train. SAD can. I left the earliest, and alone also. HAHAH!

Came back, helped theresa with pasta report and then slept at 3am!
